From the CEO's Desk
Hello again,
Welcome to the second edition of SyncIQ Synapse.
AI doesn’t need to be smarter — it needs to be a better teammate.
At SyncIQ, we believe the future isn’t just autonomous — it’s agentic and human-centered. That’s why we’ve built A2H (Agent-to-Human) — a new protocol that makes it radically easier for people to interact with AI, without having to design a single screen.
With A2H, there’s no need for custom interfaces or rigid workflows. The agent adapts to the process you already run — surfacing the right task, the right screen, and the right level of control for the right person. It’s AI that fits into your flow, not the other way around.
This shift matters. Because real business impact doesn’t come from a clever model — it comes from people making better decisions, faster, with AI quietly doing the heavy lifting in the background.
We’re excited about what’s ahead — and grateful to have you with us on the journey.

A2H: The Protocol Powering Human-AI Synergy
This month, we’re rolling out A2H, our Agent-to-Human protocol that reimagines how people interact with AI inside business processes.
Rather than building static workflows or hardcoded UIs, SyncIQ agents now dynamically adapt to each process, generating the right user-facing screens on the fly. Whether it’s an approval interface, a data correction task, or a decision checkpoint — users get a ready-to-use interface built by the agent itself.

And because A2H supports multiple agents and multiple user touchpoints within a single process, it can span entire apps, canvases, or operational journeys — not just narrow tasks.
Some of the largest organizations in the world are now exploring A2H-powered processes with SyncIQ, bringing human oversight and trust into the heart of agentic automation.
It’s AI, fully integrated — not just intelligent.
Trend Spotlight: Absolute Zero – AI That Teaches Itself
This month, the AI world is buzzing about a concept dubbed "Absolute Zero."
What's happening?
- Researchers at Tsinghua University and BIGAI have created the Absolute Zero Reasoner (AZR), an AI that teaches itself complex reasoning through self-play, no human-labeled data or curated training sets needed.

What does this mean?
Traditional AI training requires massive datasets of human-labeled examples. Absolute Zero eliminates this bottleneck entirely:
- AI models could reach high levels of performance without needing data from the real world.
- It might help sidestep legal issues tied to using data from the internet for training.
- It could lessen the need for costly training data, which can sometimes carry biases.
The B2B AI Beat:
AI continues to drive significant changes in the B2B world. Here are the stories that caught our attention this month:
- Harvey AI Eyes $5B Valuation: Harvey AI, an AI startup specializing in legal AI solutions is reportedly raising funds that could value the company at $5 billion. – up from $1.5 billion just last year.

- Microsoft to Add xAI's Grok to Azure AI Foundry: Grok models from Elon Musk’s xAI are now integrated into Azure AI Foundry. This move will give Azure customers access to Grok's capabilities.

- Dell Unveils AI Servers Powered by Nvidia Blackwell Ultra Chips: These servers will support enterprise adoption of AI by providing the infrastructure needed for demanding AI workflows.

- Oracle, Cleveland Clinic, and G42 Partner to Launch AI-Based Global Healthcare Delivery Platform: Their goal is to improve patient care and public health management by using an AI-driven platform.

- Skycell Debuts AI for Safer Pharma Shipments: This platform aims to improve the safety of pharmaceutical shipments by using AI to monitor and analyze data related to transport conditions.
